Sometimes we need a little extra time. Maybe you’d like to go over some stretches, or brainstorm ideas for self-care. I am happy to do that, and there’s no extra charge.

Sometimes it’s easier to stick with a goal, like doing your stretches, if you’re accountable to someone else besides yourself. I can be that person! Just send me an email after you’ve completed your action for that day. I’ll respond with a thumbs up or a “Yay!” Like a personal cheerleader :-)
