Learn QiGong

QiGong is a simple effective system of movement used for health and healing. I did the Upper Back and Neck routine (scroll to bottom) every day for one week and noticed by surprise that my “trigger finger” wasn’t triggering, my sore thumb wasn’t sore, and my neck hadn’t assumed it’s finicky flare-up pattern once.

I also use this 7 MINUTES OF MAGIC Youtube video to quickly rebalance and reboot, sometimes several times throughout the day. It does seem mildly magical :-) Check it out!

 

I have been following Lee Holden for quite some time. I love how he blends eastern and western concepts into easy-to-follow instructions. And all his videos are filmed in beautiful natural locations.

I have taken one of his immersion classes and it’s on my vocational bucket list to do his Teacher Training. And maybe visit his studio in Santa Cruz, right down the road from my sister up in Marin County.
